The Vertical Flight Society's 81st Annual Forum & Technology Display was held May 20–22, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA, with more than 1,000 attendees. The world's leading international technical event on vertical flight technology, the meeting included 260+ technical papers on every discipline from acoustics to uncrewed systems, plus 62 exhibitors and the annual short course on electric VTOL technology. Forum 81 also featured 60+ invited speakers from leaders in the military, government agencies and industry.
