It is the time of year for VFS members to cast their vote for the Board of Directors of The Vertical Flight Society! (Sorry, Student Members are not eligible, per the VFS bylaws.) If your membership has expired, renew your membership today!
This year, we have another stellar group of volunteers seeking your endorsement. Please go to vtol.org/board-ballot to read the candidates' biographies and to cast your vote. Be sure to enter your ballot no later than Friday, May 1.
All VFS members are asked to vote for the members of the Executive Committee for the one-year term of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The following candidates have been nominated:
- Chair: Edward Hoskin — VP, Engineering for Pratt & Whitney Canada
- President: Dan Schultz — President of Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company
- Secretary / Treasurer: Tomasz Krysinski — Vice-President Research and Innovation, Airbus Helicopters
Members in the following regions are asked also to vote for their regional representatives on the VFS Board for two-year terms, July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022. The following candidates have been nominated:
Americas Region (all members in South America, Central America and Canada):
