The AHS Redstone Chapter has discovered a problem with their email. Apparently not all of the abstracts sent to hqabstract@ahsredstone.org were successfully forwarded to Les Wiggins. As a result, the call for papers for the Rotorcraft Handling Qualities Specialists’ Meeting will stay open to Friday September 13.
If you did not receive confirmation via email that your abstract was received, please resubmit it!
See the website for more details.

The 75th Anniversary of the First Rotating Wing Aircraft Meeting
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The First Rotating Wing Aircraft Meeting was held at the Franklin Institute on October 27-29, 1938. It was the first international meeting on rotary-wing aircraft and marked a turning point from autogyros to helicopters. It was from this event that the American helicopter industry -- and AHS -- was born.
An exciting technical program looking at the past and the future and a gala dinner are planned for this special event. Check it out!
