Just Announced! The 2016 MAV Competition Rules are now available! (Posted on October 30, 2015.)
The 4th Annual Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) Student Challenge will be held in conjunction with AHS International's 72nd Annual Forum and Technology Display at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, West Palm Beach, Florida, May 16-19, 2016.
In the past three competitions, up to $10,000 was available for winning teams. As in past years, the total prize money this year will be based on the contributions received from various event sponsors, but will be between $5,000 and $10,000 USD. Final competition details, including award amounts and exact date, time and location will be announced no later than January 29, 2016.

The competition is conducted by AHS International’s Unmanned VTOL Aircraft & Rotorcraft Committee. The committee hopes that the annual MAV Student Challenges will lead to advances in this area and help to develop increased expertise by students and universities.
