VFS Infrastructure Advisor Rex Alexander spoke about rotorcraft and eVTOL on panels at the National Business Aviation Association's Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) on Oct. 22-24, 2019. He conducted video interviews of executives at Bell and XTI Aircraft Company, as posted on the VFS YouTube Channel. - VFS produced in-depth video interviews of executives from A³ by Airbus (Vahana) and Opener (BlackFly) about their eVTOL aircraft at the Experimental Aviation Association’s (EAA) AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in July. VFS / CAFE Foundation’s 13th Annual Electric Aircraft Symposium, held July 20-21, 2019, in conjunction with the EAA annual AirVenture in Oshkosh, July 22-28. The opening of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Center for Mobility with Vertical Lift (MOVE) was held on Oct. 2-3, 2018, at the university, located in Troy, New York. VFS video-captured all the presentations.

- The 2012 Alexander A. Nikolsky Lecture, "Handling Qualities Engineering," by Prof. Gareth Padfield, was given again on Oct. 17, 2012, to the (then) AHS Atlanta Chapter. It was held at and recorded by Georgia Institute of Technology.
